On June 16/17 4Bit will be at the Side Festival at the Museo Giovio in Como! The first day we will perform a real 3D scan of Giulio Perez, the creator of the video game Acceptance, and later thanks to the technology of Augmented Reality we will make appear the Giulio digital alterego inside the nymphaeum! Then we will deliver the digital model to Giulio who will insert it into the Acceptance game as a playable protagonist.
On Sunday afternoons we propose a workshop on Blender 3D, opensource program for 3D modeling and animation. The workshop will be a very first introduction to the program, designed for all those with a minimum of familiarity with the pc but without necessarily previous knowledge in 3D graphics production. The workshop aims to overcome the initial scarcity of fear at the opening of the program, take comfort with the interface and find out what are the basic production procedures.
Participants must bring their own laptop with already installed Blender and a mouse (important, without a mouse you can not use the program)
